Cup carriers come in molded pulp or corrugated, in 2-cup or 4-cup formats. Molded pulp is lighter and stacks faster; corrugated offers more rigidity for larger drinks. For high-volume service, prioritize one-handed lifting and flat-ship storage.
PE is petroleum-based, lower cost, and not compostable. PLA is plant-based, industrially compostable, and the preferred choice for sustainability-focused brands. Both deliver strong moisture and grease resistance.
