Printing That Sells Without a Salesperson
A shopper decides in seconds, based on what they see. We print every format in one facility, so colors stay consistent across your whole shelf lineup, not mismatched between containers.
MBPAK manufactures the full lineup of grab and go packaging for retail and self-service — salad bowls, wrap containers, deli boxes, and parfait cups. Engineered for shelf display, tamper-evident sealing, and cold case stability. Fully custom-branded, produced in our own factory.

Grab and go products sit on a shelf with no one explaining them, get picked up and put back multiple times before purchase, and get opened with no server confirming what’s inside. The packaging has to do that work alone.

Sandwiches, salads, and fruit platters get handled differently — flipped, tilted, compared. We engineer each format around its own food type, so the structure holds through repeated pickup.
No one hands the package over and vouches for it. FDA, BRCGS, and BPI certification build that guarantee into the material and seal before it reaches the shelf.
Grab and go meals move fast and get tossed fast too. Easy-open lids and eco-certified materials make the same container portable now and responsible after.
Different foods fail in different ways when packaging is wrong — a bowl that leaks dressing, a wrap that goes soggy, a lid that fogs over and hides the product. Below is the full range MBPAK produces, built around what each food actually needs.

Dressing pools at the bottom and leaks if the seal isn't right. Our bowls hold vented or tight-seal lids depending on the recipe, with clear domes that keep every ingredient visible through the display case.

Pastries crush under their own lids if there's no clearance, and go stale fast once exposed to air. We build vented clamshells and rigid domes that protect shape and texture from the display case to the counter.

A wrap loses its shape the moment it's picked up wrong. We produce wedge boxes, hinged clamshells, and grease-resistant wraps sized to hold everything from a single slider to a stacked club sandwich.

Cut fruit browns fast once it's exposed to air. Compartment trays and tight-fit lids slow that process down, while the clear construction still lets shoppers see the cut and the color before they buy.

Prepared meals go straight from the deli case into a bag, often reheated later. Hinged and separate-lid formats both come in microwave-safe constructions, so the container works at point of sale and again at home.

A shelf sells the same product for months. If a new batch prints darker than the last, shoppers notice the mismatch in the same cold case. MBPAK produces every restock under the same locked color specs, so packaging today matches what shipped months ago.

We’ve structured our process around how retail and foodservice buyers actually source packaging — fast briefs, physical samples, and production timelines that match your rollout schedule.
Any food container designed for self-service purchase and immediate eating, without staff handing it over. This includes salad bowls, sandwich wedges, parfait cups, and deli containers sold from shelves or cold cases.
A physical feature — a tear-strip, shrink band, or snap-lock — that visibly breaks or changes the first time the package is opened. It doesn’t prevent tampering, it makes any tampering obvious to the next person who picks it up.
PET is virgin plastic made from new material. rPET is recycled from post-consumer plastic and carries a lower carbon footprint, though clarity can vary slightly depending on the recycling stream.
Mostly determined by the food and storage temperature, not the packaging alone. Vented lids slow condensation, tight seals slow oxidation, but packaging extends freshness, it doesn’t replace refrigeration.
Takeout is handed directly to a customer by staff. Grab and go sits unattended, gets picked up by multiple shoppers, and has to prove its own safety without anyone vouching for it.
Not universally — it depends on the format, material, and each EU country’s implementation of packaging regulations. Some formats face recycled-content rules instead. Buyers should confirm requirements per format and market rather than assume one standard applies.
